We are seeking a highly driven and aggressive Field Sales Officer with strong B2B sales experience to join our fast-growing FMCG distribution team. The ideal candidate should have 45 years of proven experience in bulk sales of branded FMCG products and a strong network of buyers, retailers, wholesalers, or corporate customers. This is a high-ownership, target-driven role that requires someone passionate about driving numbers and expanding market reach. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and close bulk B2B sales opportunities for FMCG branded products Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, corporates, institutions , and other high-volume buyers Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and grow a territory-wise client base , leveraging existing contacts and networks Conduct regular market visits , understand customer needs, and pitch suitable product offerings Negotiate pricing, bulk deals, and payment terms in line with company policy Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment Keep track of market trends, competition, and pricing strategies Provide regular updates and reports on leads, sales funnel, and conversion metrics Represent the brand professionally during all customer interactions and activations Assist in collecting payments and ensuring timely collections from clients Qualifications & Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus 4–5 years of strong B2B sales experience in FMCG, especially bulk or institutional sales Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills A hunter mindset with a proven ability to close large deals Well-connected with distributors, large retailers, and institutional buyers Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong work ethics Comfortable working in a target-driven, field-based role Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and basic reporting Key Competencies: Strong customer relationship management High initiative and sense of urgency Territory management and sales planning Confidence in dealing with high-value clients Market intelligence and trend tracking
