Designation: Sales Manager(B2B) Experience: 2-5 Years Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full time About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven B2B Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in online marketplaces such as IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia, or similar platforms. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring and managing clients, and building long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation in the B2B segment. Pitch products/services to potential business clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Prepare and present customized sales proposals and solutions to meet client needs. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction. Track sales activities using CRM tools and generate regular reports and forecasts. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong knowledge of B2B sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and client management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
