Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets, expand our customer base, and increase market share. 2. Lead Generation and Conversion: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales. 3. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. 4. Wholesale Channel Development: Develop and manage relationships with wholesale partners, including distributors, retailers, and other intermediaries. 5. Pricing and Margin Management: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structures to optimize pricing and margin strategies. 6. Sales Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. 7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights to inform sales strategies and optimize results. 8. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Preferred candidate profile Preferred candidate should be excellent in negotiations, generating leads and converting them, look for opportunities and have an eye for detail & open to learning.
