Job Description

Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and onboard NGOs aligned with the company’s CSR goals. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key nonprofit stakeholders. Evaluate NGO proposals and assess their suitability for corporate partnerships. Collaborate with internal CSR teams to align NGO programs with client objectives. Handle the end-to-end partnership process – from initial outreach to MoU signing and execution. Track performance and impact metrics of partnered NGOs and ensure reporting compliance. Represent the company at NGO events, CSR forums, and partnership meetings. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or NGO relations. Strong understanding of CSR frameworks and the nonprofit ecosystem in India. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Passion for social impact and community development initiatives. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Okhla Industrial Estate, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Business development: 1 year (Required) Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
