Responsibilities: Achieve category-wise Sales targets for his/her respective territory/region Franchise Management- Manage the current store network in the region and identify opportunities for network expansion Implement Store BTL activities to drive footfalls. Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; and identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions. Retaining existing or new customers and creating a culture of Customer First Approach across region/territory Maintain and monitor store inventory and achieve annual stock-turn targets Coordinating with inter-departmental personnel Working on ERP systems, Magento, Ameo, POS, etc Solve customer complaints & grievances Implements SOPs, company policies, and VM guidelines at stores P&L, budgeting & maintaining ideal stock norms at stores Spearhead Train the Trainer program and ensure each store executive attends training modules Coordinate with the projects team during the fit-outs of the new store and pre-plan for Store launch- Soft/Marketing launch Stocking, inter-region stock movement & Dynamic inventory Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures Skills Required: Knowledge of handling Retail Store Operations Selling & customer service Knowledge of merchandising, Customer engagement MIS Reporting, Retail Metrics & Retail Finance/Profitability Business Acumen C-Sat & NPS evaluation process BTL Activities to drive foot-falls Understanding of stock turn & Markups Franchise Management Communication- Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English & regional language Excellent computer knowledge and excellent Excel skills Good knowledge of Point of Sale system (POS)/ERP/SAP. Experience Required: Minimum 5-12 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations as a Store Manager. Preferably with an established Retail Brand Experience in handling customer queries & grievance handling Franchise partner stores Education Qualification: A management graduate from a reputed institute MS Office & proficiency in Excel is a must Understanding of P&L and ROI’s
