Aellam LifeSciences is a wellness-focused company offering herbal Dipteas, nutraceutical supplements, and wellness kits for managing lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, fatigue, and poor digestion. We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to expand our retail and corporate outreach across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in field sales, clinic & pharmacy engagement, and territory growth. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly sales targets across assigned territory Promote Aellam’s Dipteas and herbal products to wellness clinics, HRs, and retail stores Handle sampling events and customer activations Onboard new outlets (pharmacies, organic stores, wellness centers) Submit daily visit reports and maintain CRM discipline Mentor and manage sales promoters if assigned Collect market intelligence and competitor insights Requirements: Graduate in Science / Pharma / Ayurveda / Business (preferred) 2+ years in sales (nutraceuticals, ayurveda, FMCG, or pharma) Good local territory knowledge (Chennai and surrounding regions) Willing to travel extensively Strong communication and relationship-building skills Bike & smartphone mandatory Salary Package: ₹3.0 – ₹4.2 LPA + Performance Incentives + Allowances Perks & Benefits : Travel allowance + Mobile reimbursement Performance-based incentive (up to 30%) Fast growth opportunities to Zonal/State Head roles Training support & wellness industry exposure Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Pharmaceutical sales: 2 years (Required) Wellness Industry: 2 years (Required) Language: English and Tamil (Required) Location: Kottivakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 15/05/2025
