No. of Vacancies: 2 Location : Bihar (Gaya) and West Bengal Min Qualification : B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture (Genetics and Plant Breeding / Agronomy / Agri-Botany) Experience : Min 3-5 years experiences of Rice, Wheat and Mustard market, existing players, future demands, Market trends etc. Job Description : Keen understanding of Markets and forecasting future trends. Knowledge of Market size and segments in geographies you have worked. Grasp key attributes of the products in the companies portfolio and how to align product with market demand. Collaborate with Govt., University, Sales and R&D team. Planning and Execution of Trials Plan trials based on segments and market size in coordination with sales team Follow-up on execution of trials as per plan Planning of tour and time management (extensive travelling needed) Organize crop tour, farmers meeting, retailers meeting. Provide reports on activities planned vs achieved. Development of Trial protocols. Data Analysis and recommendation of products Analysis of data using statistical tools Recommendation of products for advancement (both hybrids and research) Team Management & Training Coaching of PD team on agronomy, market analysis (segment and size), execution of trials. Coaching the sales team at State Level for pipeline product. To recruit right people in the team. Skills Set : Knowledge of Agronomy of major crops. Must be Computer Savvy. Should have hands-on experience in MS Word/ MS Excel/ MS PowerPoint Good Communicator specially over e-mail. Ability to drive two & four wheelers Demonstrated ability to manage a team of more than 10 people Good interpersonal relationship / Collaborating and helpful nature Having Training Skills Must enjoy Travelling Should be very meticulous and methodical.
