Job Title: Site Architect Company: Royallinks Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and skills) Job Type: Full-time About Us: Royallinks is a growing design and construction firm based in HSR Layout, Bangalore. Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee architectural aspects at construction sites, ensuring that projects are executed in line with approved designs, specifications, and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor site architectural activities. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other consultants. Ensure construction is aligned with architectural drawings and design intent. Resolve site issues related to architecture and design execution. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports. Modify and revise designs based on site conditions and client feedback. Manage materials, timelines, and quality standards on-site. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch). 2–5 years of experience in site execution and architectural supervision. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Bangalore.
