We pride ourselves on a collaborative studio environment that encourages creativity and professional growth. Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of building systems and codes. You will work closely with senior staff, consultants, and clients to develop and deliver high-quality architectural projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. Prepare drawings, models, and presentations for internal and client review. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and AJ Architects’ design standards. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues. Collaborate with team members in a creative and deadline-driven environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution 0–10 years of professional experience in architectural practice. Proficiency in design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with sustainable design and LEED accreditation.
