Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet the needs of stakeholders effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Strong understanding of database design and optimization techniques. - Experience with application development lifecycle methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
