Being eager to learn new technologies and implementing the same in feature development Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Architect and design ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HRSD solutions Experience leading implementations of ServiceNow ITSM solutions Experience engaging with client stakeholders and customers to determine solution requirements and improvements Experience engaging with client executives to generate roadmaps and recommendations Experience creating roadmaps for technical offering growth and innovation Preferred technical and professional experience ServiceNow CAS, CAD, CIS-HRSD, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM Certified Understanding of other ServiceNow products Excellent customer relationship management skills
