Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive strategy for identifying, engaging, and securing key partnerships. Prioritize systematic outreach and foster long-term relationships with targeted entities. Collaboration Coordination: Act as a bridge between our company and our partners, coordinating with internal teams such as Public Relations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure a unified approach to our partnership initiatives. Market Alignment and Relationship Management: Maintain a pulse on industry trends to align our partnership strategies with market demands. Cultivate and deepen relationships with existing partners, exploring innovative avenues for growth and collaboration. Deal Negotiation and Closure: Leverage your negotiation skills to finalize agreements that secure tangible benefits for our company, ensuring a balanced and productive partnership. Event Representation: Represent our company at trade fairs, networking events, and other industry gatherings, enhancing our visibility and expanding our network of potential partners. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure partnership strategies complement and enhance our overall market positioning and objectives. Requirements: Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field. Education: An MBA from a Tier 1 institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles. Communication Skills: Outstanding communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate our value proposition compellingly and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Networking Prowess: A proven track record of successful networking, with the ability to uncover and seize opportunities for collaboration and growth. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning skills, with a knack for identifying synergistic opportunities that align with our companys goals. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the SaaS sector, with insights into trends, challenges, and opportunities. Sales and Marketing Acumen: A thorough grasp of sales and marketing strategies, with the ability to align partnership efforts with broader business objectives. B2B Enterprise SaaS Experience: Strongly preferred experience in B2B enterprise SaaS environments, with a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build impactful relationships with high-level decision-makers in the SaaS sector.
