Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our company. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding and documenting business requirements, working with work ows, charts, and project documentation. Additionally, knowledge of SaaS implementation processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies will be essential for success in this role. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks and work ows. 2. Analyze and optimize work ows to improve e ciency and productivity. 3. Create charts and visual representations of data to aid in decision-making and communication. 4. Document business requirements, functional speci cations, and user stories accurately and comprehensively. 5. Generate reports and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders, helping them make informed business decisions. 6. Collaborate with project management software tools such as Jira, Asana, and Smartsheet to manage tasks and track progress. 7. Support SaaS implementation processes, mapping requirements, and facilitating software implementation. 8. Conduct work ow analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. 9. Create and maintain project documentations like BRD, FSD, HLD/LLD and ensure it remains up to date throughout the project lifecycle. Key Skills: 1 - 2 years of experience in an IT services /Software product company in a similar role. Strong understanding of work ows and ability to analyze and optimize them. Experience working with charts and visual representations of data. Pro cient in project documentation, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of business requirements. Knowledge and experience in reporting, generating meaningful insights and presenting them effectively. Familiarity with project management software tools like Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Smartask, and MS Project. Solid understanding of SaaS implementation processes, including mapping and software implementation. Agile/Scrum knowledge and experience in working within an Agile project management framework. Excellent project management skills, including work ow management and coordination. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues. Knowledge of CRMs/service desk tools would be an advantage.
