About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Recruit high-quality prospective insurance advisors and support them in acquiring necessary licenses to meet company-set sales targets. 2. Motivate advisors to achieve their sales goals, provide on-the-job training, and actively manage and monitor their performance. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. 4. Ensure policy persistence for the team's acquired business to drive overall profitability. Note: 2nd and 3rd Saturday and all Sundays off.
