*🧾 Job Title: Affiliate Network Builder* - Location: Remote or Chennai-based or Surat-based - Type: Full-time or Part-time - Industry: E-commerce / Drop shipping *🔍 About the Role* Baapstore is looking for a proactive and energetic Affiliate Network Builder (ANB) who can recruit, train, and grow a large network of affiliates who promote Baapstore’s dropshipping opportunity. Your mission is to build an army of promoters who bring in resellers through their referral links and earn lifetime commissions. You don’t have to sell our products. You just need to get the right people talking about our business model—and empower them to do the same. *🧩 Responsibilities* - Identify and recruit new affiliates (influencers, content creators, bloggers, WhatsApp/Youtube marketers, etc.) - Educate affiliates on how Baapstore’s reseller model works - Help affiliates understand how they can earn passive income by promoting our platform - Create simple training guides, videos, or FAQs for affiliates - Motivate affiliates to stay active and refer consistently - Track performance and help top affiliates scale further - Coordinate with our team to ensure smooth tracking and payouts *✅ Requirements* - Fluent Hindi + Good English - Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and referral programs - Strong communication and people skills - Self-motivated, target-driven, and resourceful - Ability to explain concepts simply (even to non-technical or rural audiences) - Bonus: Experience in network marketing, influencer outreach, or community building *🎁 What You Get* - Fixed salary + performance bonuses - Freedom to experiment, build your own systems, and scale your own affiliate team - Full support from Baapstore’s tech and marketing teams
