Description
we are seeking an experienced AEM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AEM architecture, Java development, cloud-based AEM deployments, and integration with enterprise applications . Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and implement AEM-based digital solutions to support business objectives. Define AEM architecture, development standards, and best practices . Develop and optimize AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and Workflows . Implement OSGi services, Sling Models, and JCR (Java Content Repository) . Integrate AEM with backend systems, third-party applications, and cloud services . Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring quality and scalability. Design and configure AEM Dispatcher and CDN for performance optimization . Oversee AEM as a Cloud Service migration and modernization projects. Lead CI/CD, DevOps, and automation initiatives for AEM applications. Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning . Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX teams, and marketing teams to align AEM solutions with business goals. Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and scalability requirements . Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 5+ years in AEM . Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x) and AEM as a Cloud Service . Expertise in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, OSGi, Sling, and JCR . Hands-on experience with AEM component development, templates, workflows, and DAM integration . Proficiency in HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks . Strong experience with AEM Dispatcher, CDN optimization, and caching strategies . Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and web service integrations . Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Gradle . Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for cloud-based AEM deployments. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps best practices . Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor teams . Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Adobe AEM Architect Certification . Experience in headless CMS and Single Page Application (SPA) Editor . Knowledge of personalization, multi-site management (MSM), and localization strategies . Understanding of AI/ML-driven content personalization within AEM.
