Job Description: We are seeking an experienced AEM Architect to lead and drive Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for enterprise-level projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AEM architecture, development, and integration, along with a mandatory active AEM certification (Professional, Expert, or Master level). Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and develop scalable and high-performance AEM solutions. Define AEM best practices and ensure adherence to industry standards. Lead the development of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders, UX teams, and backend developers to deliver seamless digital experiences. Optimize AEM implementations for performance, security, and scalability. Configure and manage AEM Dispatcher for caching and security. Integrate AEM with third-party platforms such as CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for the development team. Stay updated with AEM advancements and recommend new features/functionalities. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in AEM development, with at least 1 years in an Architect role. Mandatory active AEM certification (Professional, Expert, or Master level). Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x (Sites, Assets, Forms) and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). Strong knowledge of Java, JCR, Sling, OSGi, Apache Felix, and AEM Dispatcher. Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and headless CMS integrations. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular). Experience in multi-site, multi-language AEM implementations. Strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Adobe Cloud Services and Marketing Cloud Integrations. Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms. Exposure to AI-driven content personalization and digital experience platforms.
