About the job Title: AEM Architect OR Solution Architect (12+ years experience) Location: Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad - (Hybrid) Notice period - ( Immediate to 20 days Max). Key Responsibilities: Architect and design scalable AEM solutions that align with business objectives and digital strategies. Lead the implementation of AEM-based web and mobile solutions, ensuring best practices and coding standards. Define and enforce AEM architecture governance, including component development, templates, and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders. Develop and enhance AEM components, workflows, templates, and integrations with other Adobe and third-party platforms. Optimize AEM performance, security, and scalability. Provide guidance on AEM best practices, including component reuse, multi-site management, and personalization. Conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, and drive technical excellence. Stay updated with the latest AEM advancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Experience: 12+ years of experience in software development with at least 7 + years in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) . Strong expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and Headless CMS implementations . Deep understanding of AEM architecture, Sling models, OSGi bundles, JCR, and Dispatcher configurations . Proficiency in Java, JSP, Servlets, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies . Hands-on experience with AEM workflows, components, templates, client libraries (Sightly/HTL), and DAM configurations . Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, Marketo, or third-party APIs . Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-based AEM deployments (Adobe Managed Services or On-Premise) . Knowledge of authentication, security best practices, and performance optimization in AEM . Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM Architect or Developer. Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js for AEM front-end development. Exposure to GraphQL, Content Fragments, and Headless CMS . Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
