We are civil contracting company based in calicut, under taking Civil construction work all over kerala and we are looking for Accoutant Male Candidates with qualification preferably from Calicut. Knowledge in Tally, GST Bike is mandatory · Master Degree in commerce · Knowledge of Accounting and Financial Management · Knowledge of the Industry Standards and Practices Experience : More than 5 years of experience in accounting , and min 2 years in Civil Contracting company. Job Description : 1.Follow up the debtors for the collection of receivables & ensure timely collection of receivables. 2.Responsible for on time payment to vendors/creditors as per the payment schedule approved by the Finance Head.Ensure minimum 90 % accuracy in receivables management 3.Accountable for ensuring that all the accounting practices are as per the benchmarks defined by the management. Ensure that there is no mismatch in the procedure and policies vs actual. 4.Responsible for all the financial entries are happening on daily basis with proper supporting documents and vouchers. 5.Responsible for doing periodical audit to identify the gaps in the process and outputs . 6.Responsible for all the filing processes are as per the standards and the files are up to date. Ensure manage the process in a standard way. 7.Accountability to ensure 100% accuracy and standard in all the accounting functions of the corporate and sub division of the company on a daily basis. 8.Responsible for monthly review and reporting about the financial status of the institution and suggestion for the improvement or planning of the next month. 9.Responsible for submitting daily, weekly, monthly and other periodical reports for review purposes with the Director and management as and when needed. 10.Responsible for all the statutory affairs are inline and there is no delay in the filing or updation or even renewal. 11.Responsible for coordinating with external auditors, chartered accountants for the filing and auditing purposes of the institution if necessary. 12. Know to file Gst and Tax Requirement Bike and smart phone is a must We are also excepting application for this profile from Accountant, Civil Accountant, Accounts.
