Account Executive (Night Shift)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with payroll. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment. Maintain vendor records and resolve any discrepancies. Reconcile vendor statements. Accounts Receivable: Generate and send invoices to clients. Track and follow up on outstanding payments. Apply customer payments and maintain accurate records. Payroll Processing: Prepare and process employee payroll, including deductions and taxes. Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements. Prepare and file necessary tax returns (e.g., sales tax, payroll taxes). Understand and respond to notices and documents received from tax departments and other authorities. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and investigate any discrepancies. Payment Processing: Process payments from clients and to vendors.
