Job Description

KRA for Return to Origin (RTO) Executive: 1. Process of returning products from customers to the warehouse. 2. Coordinating the receipt, inspection and Accounting of returned products. 3. Analysing return data to identify reasons for returns and areas for improvement. 4. Managing and tracking returned inventory, including storage, tracking, and reporting. 5. Resolving customer complaints and issues related to returns and exchanges. 6. Providing regular reports on returns to Seniors. 7. Must have knowledge of Excel, Tally / Busy / SAP. 8. Must have 2-3 year of experience as RTO executive / Accounts Executive.
