Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team who have 6 months of internship upto 2 year of experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional websites that deliver great user experiences. The Web Designer will be responsible for the visual design of websites, from concept through to completion, working closely with developers and other team members to ensure the best user experience and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly websites, landing pages, and user interfaces. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize the layout, structure, and functionality of websites. Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and responsive across all devices. Ensure the website design aligns with the brand’s identity, style guides, and goals. Implement design changes and updates as needed based on feedback or evolving needs. Create and optimize website graphics and visuals to improve page load times and overall user experience. Stay up-to-date with current web design trends, technologies, and best practices. Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve the website design. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design for mobile and tablet platforms. Troubleshoot design and layout issues to ensure consistency and functionality. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role in designing websites and web applications. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, etc. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic understanding of front-end development is preferred. Experience with responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap). Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design and UI/UX design. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms. Familiarity with SEO best practices and accessibility standards. Understanding of web analytics and conversion optimization techniques. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 6 months to 1 year of experience in web design or a related role.
