Job Summary: -Responsible for driving sales, expanding distribution channels, and managing partnerships to enhance the reach of wealth management products. The role focuses on developing and executing distribution strategies to acquire high-net-worth clients (HNWIs) and institutional investors while ensuring business growth and compliance. Responsibilities -Develop and implement wealth product distribution strategies across multiple channels (B2B, B2C, digital, and partnerships). -Manage and expand relationships with financial advisors, banks, NBFCs, and distributors. -Drive sales performance by training and guiding relationship managers and sales teams. -Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to optimize product offerings. -Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards in wealth product distribution. -Collaborate with internal teams for product positioning, marketing, and client engagement. Qualifications: -Masters degree. -Strong experience in wealth management, sales, and distribution. -Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills. -Ability to analyze market trends and create effective sales strategies.
