What You’ll Do: Create high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns — including digital ads, social media creatives, emailers, and landing pages. Collaborate with the product team to design intuitive and engaging UI components, micro-interactions, and user interfaces using Figma. Translate brand guidelines into consistent visual expressions across all touchpoints. Take ownership of creative projects from concept to execution. Be agile and responsive to quick turnarounds in a dynamic startup setup. Maintain and contribute to design systems and asset libraries. What You’ll Bring: 2–3 years of experience in visual/graphic/UI design. Proficiency in Figma , Adobe Illustrator , and Photoshop . A strong portfolio showcasing marketing and product/UI work. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. Great communication skills and a proactive attitude. A team-first mindset with the flexibility to work in a fast-moving, on-site environment. Bonus if you have: Motion graphics or video editing experience Basic understanding of UX principles Startup or product-based company background Why Join Us?
