Job Description Company Name: THM Huade Hydraulics (P) Ltd F-127, Phase-VIII, Focal Point, Ludhiana, Punjab 141003 Email: hr@thmhuade.com Job Title: Tender Engineer / Tender Manager A Tendering Engineer in Ludhiana (Punjab), is responsible for managing the entire tendering process, from preparing bids and proposals to evaluating tenders and negotiating contracts, ensuring projects are financially sound, legally compliant, and executed efficiently. Key Responsibilities Tender Preparation: Analyse client specifications and requirements to understand project scope. Prepare detailed bid documents, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and commercial terms. Collaborate with project managers, technical experts, and clients to align on bid strategies and technical scopes. Bid Evaluation: Evaluate bids received from various vendors or contractors. Analyse cost estimates, expenditures, and forecasts. Prepare comparative statements and reports. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients or vendors. Review contracts for legal compliance and ensure adherence to industry standards. Tender Management: Monitor and report on the tendering process to senior management, including progress against targets and potential risks. Manage the handover process to the relevant department upon award of the tender. Other Duties: Prepare documents for e-tendering. Research and identify potential projects and opportunities. Maintain a strong understanding of industry standards and relevant legislation. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Microsoft Project). Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex information and make sound judgments. Strong problem-solving skills. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Other Skills: Negotiation skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., engineering). Relevant experience in a similar role. Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automobile & Hydraulic). Salary Expectation: 25k Per.Month CTC to 35k Per. Month CTC as per the experience.
