Tender Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Tender Preparation & Submission: Analyze and evaluate tender documents, specifications, and requirements. Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals as per client requirements. Liaise with procurement, project management, and design teams to gather necessary information for bid preparation. Ensure compliance with tender submission deadlines and format guidelines. Cost Estimation & Pricing: Conduct cost estimation and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness. Identify cost-effective solutions by coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors. Develop and optimize pricing models based on market analysis and project requirements. Technical & Commercial Coordination: Work closely with engineering teams to develop technical proposals and solutions. Ensure that all technical submissions align with project specifications and client expectations. Review commercial terms, contractual conditions, and risk factors before submitting bids. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with clients, consultants, and government authorities to clarify tender-related queries. Coordinate with legal and finance teams for contract review and compliance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and partners. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of tenders, bids, and related documents. Ensure all tender documents meet regulatory and legal requirements. Keep up to date with industry standards, market trends, and competitor analysis.
