Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive – Travel to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, managing bookings, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable travel experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from customers regarding holiday packages, bookings, and inquiries. Assist customers in making, amending, or cancelling travel bookings (flights, hotels, tours). Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to confirm services and resolve issues. Provide accurate information about destinations, itineraries, travel policies, visa requirements, and insurance. Follow up on pending bookings and ensure timely responses to customer queries. Maintain detailed customer records in CRM and booking platforms. Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and response time targets. Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple bookings. Good typing and computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a bonus. Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including weekends if needed.
