Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing team at Outer Orbit Technologies. If you have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, along with a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Make inbound and outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services. Explain product features and benefits to generate customer interest. Maintain a strong understanding of company offerings to provide accurate information to clients. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed record of customer interactions. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. Requirements Graduate from a recognized university. Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus. Ability to handle rejection and remain confident during calls. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
