Job Title: Telecaller Location: Beat Edu Center of Excellence, Calicut Job Type: Full-Time About Us: Beat Edu Center of Excellence is a leading educational institution in Calicut, focused on helping students achieve their academic and career goals. We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and play a key role in student engagement and lead conversion. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to provide course information. Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with leads. Explain academic programs, admission procedures, and course benefits. Maintain and update the student database regularly. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Provide excellent customer service and handle queries professionally. Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or a customer service role (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Good verbal communication in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (preferred). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.). Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Telemarketing: 1 year (Required) Location: Calicut, Kerala (Required) Work Location: In person
