We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage project teams across different functions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead technical project teams through the entire project lifecycle. - Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks. - Ensure technical solutions align with business goals. - Conduct regular project status meetings, ensuring communication and alignment across teams. - Provide guidance to technical teams, ensuring best practices in project management and software development. - Lead the project team in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ensuring that project milestones are achieved. Required Skills: - 12+ years of experience in project management with a strong technical background. - Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Strong technical understanding of software development processes and technologies. - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects. - Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to balance technical and managerial aspects of project execution.
