Roles & Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical specifications. Utilize Laravel and React.js to develop and maintain web applications. Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews and continuous integration. Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team. Requirements 10-20 years of experience in software development and project management. Proficiency in Laravel and React.js frameworks. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing technical teams. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Nice to Have / Good to Have Experience with DevOps practices and tools. Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies. Previous experience in a client-facing role, enhancing customer relationships.
