Handle end-to-end recruiting responsibilities Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, networks, references, etc. Screen candidate s CVs and job applications Prepare a Job Description, Talk to a stakeholder or a Hiring Manager and understand the requirement, narrate it and post the job on an appropriate job board/ Social media Platform.
