Sr. Accounts Manager

Job Description

What is the work? Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, taxation, and auditing. Lead and supervise the accounts team to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely financial reporting. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and prepare financial statements in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. Provide guidance on tax compliance, internal controls, and financial management policies. Ensure all accounting processes comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards. Monitor and analyze financial performance, offering strategic recommendations to senior management for cost reduction and process improvements. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and other third-party agencies. Participate in business planning and financial forecasting to support strategic goals. Contribute to the development of financial strategies to optimize business performance. What skills and experience are we looking for? CA (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent credentials preferred. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven expertise in handling complex accounting functions and systems. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations. Experience with financial software and ERP systems. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving results. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex financial challenges.
