Vahana is also another stream of business in Decimal Technologies, it is a proven Low Code Application Development platform, enabling fast, scalable, and secure application development for banks and enterprises, with a payback period under 3 months and 3X faster go-to-market Designation: Software Engineer React.js Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable front-end architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to junior and mid-level front-end developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. Collaborate closely with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to translate requirements into seamless and user-centric front-end experiences. Drive technical feasibility assessments of UX/UI designs. Optimize front-end applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness. Implement performance monitoring and debugging strategies to identify and resolve bottlenecks. Design and build reusable components and libraries to enhance development efficiency, maintainability, and consistency across applications. Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices. Implement and enforce code quality standards, including linting, code formatting, and code reviews, to maintain a clean and maintainable codebase. Preferred skills and experience: 4-7 years of proven experience in developing complex and high-performance front-end applications. Deep understanding of React.js, Nest.js, Graphql, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Problem solving skills. Extensive experience with advanced CSS programming, including preprocessors. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating front-end applications with backend services. Experience with Node.js and MySQL is highly preferred. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar solutions. Experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library) and strong understanding of testing best practices. Experience with performance monitoring tools and debugging techniques. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
