Role & responsibilities • Managing Development Projects through (8-12 member) teams including Developers QA and Testing Team Release Management Source Code and Version Management Engaging with the client for project planning and required Sign Offs Requirements Gathering and Preparing Business Requirements Document Creating Functional Specifications Document Project Planning & Tracking Resource Management Task Distribution to team Identifying and Managing Change Requests Preferred candidate profile BE/ B.Tech with minimum of 9-12 years of work experience A minimum experience of 2 years as Project Lead/Manager Experience in team management Understanding of technical/product architecture in general Exposure to client interaction Should understand Iterative and Agile Methodologies Experience in Java, creation/ integration with Web services, PL SQL Perks and benefits
