Tech background, to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidates should have strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a solid understanding of Python and NLP architectures. Requirements Responsibilities: Architect and lead implementation of production-grade language model systems and autonomous agents. Develop advanced prompt engineering techniques and RAG pipelines that maximize model performance and minimize hallucinations Design and implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks for model reliability, safety, and alignment Lead fine-tuning initiatives for foundation models to optimize for specific business domains while balancing performance and cost. Innovate solutions for context optimization, long-term memory, and dynamic knowledge retrieval in AI agents Architect complex agent orchestration systems enabling multi-agent collaboration and efficient task routing. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 2+ years of relevant industry experience Deep expertise in NLP architectures, transformer models, and production LLM frameworks Advanced proficiency in Python and ML ecosystems (PyTorch, TensorFlow) with demonstrated optimization skills Proven track record implementing and scaling RAG systems, complex prompting strategies, and chain-of-thought reasoning Experience with vector databases, embedding models, and semantic search optimization Strong understanding of AI safety practices, bias mitigation, and responsible development principles Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
