Candidates with a B. Tech background are preferred. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a foundational understanding of UI/UX testing principles. Additionally, they should have experience in manual testing of web applications and a passion for learning and innovation. Requirements Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive manual testing of our dashboard UI and functionality Execute end-to-end testing scenarios to validate complete user workflows Be the champion of quality, find product defects before customers do and participate in cross-functional debugging and troubleshooting sessions Create and maintain detailed test cases and documentation for UI and functionality testing Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and potential issues Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met Report and track bugs through the full lifecycle using issue tracking systems Verify fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure stability Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in manual testing of web applications and dashboards Strong understanding of UI/UX testing principles and best practices Experience with test case design, execution, and test plan development Familiarity with testing dashboards, data visualization components, and complex UI elements Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Experience with test management and bug tracking tools Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience with reproducing and documenting bugs clearly and effectively Knowledge of any Database (MongoDB, Postgres etc) is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication Benefits Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge technology company in a rapidly growing industry Collaborative and inclusive work environment Competitive salary and benefits package Certification Policy : Opportunities for professional growth and development Health and Accidental Insurance ", "
