Role & responsibilities Technical Lead Oracle Experience: 8-13 Years Location: Chennai Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA Key Skills: 8+ Years in CRM, HRMS, Service Desk, and Technology Conversion Java projects Strong in multi-tier application design and Java performance tuning Knowledge and expertise in Oracle, PLSQL, 11g, Experience with failover design, recovery planning, and troubleshooting, familiar with system lifecycle phases and unit testing (TestNG/Junit in Java) Ability to design high-availability, load-balanced solutions 8+ years in PL/SQL development for an Oracle Lead Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL & PL/SQL (12C/19C) Experience in development projects and complex coding, ability to lead developers Expertise in Procedures, Packages, Functions, and Triggers Performance tuning and business requirement analysis Strong analytical, programmatic, and interpersonal skills Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
