Role & responsibilities 1) Project Manager / Business Analyst Experience: 10-15 Years Location: Chennai Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA Key Skills: PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master certified, Arabic speaking (advantageous) Expertise in Waterfall & Agile methodologies Strong conflict and people management Ability to manage multiple complex projects Stakeholder communication and reporting Insurance domain knowledge Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Risk management and budget control Willingness to travel (long/short term) Technical knowledge in Oracle/Java/Angular (advantage) Client engagement and IT project management experience Business problem assessment, requirements discovery, and documentation Strong verbal and written communication skills Leading a team of Business System Analysts Experience working with tech teams (software/web/app) Translating business requirements into technical specs Collaborating with developers and SMEs to manage risks and compromises Life/Medical Insurance domain knowledge is a must Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Quality Center Strong SDLC understanding, ISTQB certification (optional) Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
