Purpose of the Role Leads the operations and ensure that the KPIs for the operations are fully met. Key Responsibilities Lead the receiving, binning and line feeding operations Key contact for the customer for operations review and improvements Deliver KPI agreed with the customer for the operations Manage budgets as per the plan Driving continuous improvements including space and manpower optimization Maintain good working relationships, Co-ordination, discussion and communication Independently inbound operation handling / leading Together with Project manager participate in problem solving and trouble shoot process, improvement process and innovative ideas to create pipeline projects Ensure to provide right input to the concerned team for billing On time and accurate MIS Daily working process review and discussion People management Show more Show less
