Job summary: We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join and lead our Industrial product Distribution business. The primary role is to maintain relationships with existing clients, good customer relationships, maximizing profitability and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Investigation of Complaint and give suitable Solution. Negotiate terms and Pricing with clients to secure contracts and close sales deals. Coordinate with internal departments and Principles to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Provide regular Updates on sales activity, performance metrics, and market feedback. Generate reports in excel/word Format and track lead conversion metrics. Preferred Skills: Strong knowledge of industrial products and Lubricants. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to build and manage client relationship. High level of integrity and professionalism. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Education: Graduate ( Engineering background preferable) Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in industrial Products or B2B technical Sales.
