Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: On-site, India Role Responsibilities Develop and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Utilize JavaScript for scripting and coding tasks within ServiceNow. Create and manage ServiceNow integrations with external applications. Design user-friendly interfaces using ServiceNow UI components. Implement ITIL best practices in ServiceNow processes. Automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow applications. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Document development processes and updates accurately. Participate in Agile teams for iterative development and continuous improvement. Train users on system functionalities and best practices. Work with version control systems to manage code changes. Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards. Stay up-to-date with new ServiceNow features and technologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development. Proficient in JavaScript and client-side scripting. Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and capabilities. Experience with ITIL processes and best practices. Familiarity with application integration technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in Agile software development methodologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and database structure. Experience with ServiceNow reporting tools. Proficiency in version control tools like Git. Ability to document technical procedures and processes. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
