As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, ensuring that our service management processes are optimized and efficient. We value creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in everything we do. Role Responsibilities Design and develop ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. Customize ServiceNow platform applications and implement new features. Create and manage workflows for incidents, service requests, and changes. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST APIs. Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide recommendations. Participate in testing and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications. Provide technical expertise to improve incident and service request management. Ensure compliance with best practices for ServiceNow implementation. Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes. Support upgrade efforts and new functionality rollout. Engage in continuous improvement of ServiceNow applications and processes. Assist in user training and support for ServiceNow functionalities. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and features. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development. Proficiency in JavaScript and web technologies (HTML, CSS). Experience with ServiceNow ITSM applications and modules. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. Understanding of integration methods and tools (REST, SOAP). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders. ServiceNow certification is a plus. Experience in developing ServiceNow custom applications. Knowledge of ITIL best practices. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Detail-oriented with a focus on user experience. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
