Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Conduct UX research to inform design decisions and strategy. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to develop design concepts. Develop and refine design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in our product design process. Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented. Participate in regular design reviews and other team-wide design efforts. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Create visually appealing and creative designs that align with the brand and enhance user engagement. Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior. Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design. Deliverables: High-fidelity and Low-fidelity prototypes & mockups for web, mobile, and tablet applications. A comprehensive design system that includes design tokens, components, and patterns. Detailed user research reports and actionable insights. Engaging presentations and design pitches for both internal stakeholders and clients. Design specifications and standards for developers to follow during the build process. Preferred Qualifications: A strong portfolio that demonstrates a passion for visual design and an understanding of user experience design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, MIRO, and Usability Testing Platforms. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ability to present and defend design decisions to teams and stakeholders. Experience in creating design systems and standardizing UI components across a range of platforms. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with other designers, product managers, and developers. Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile. The ability to communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively.
