Job Title: Senior Manager β Consumer Retention & Growth Character Outline As the Senior Manager β Retention Marketing , you will drive retention, growth, and customer loyalty across beauty and fashion businesses. This cross-functional role demands a balance of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, creative execution, and deep partnership management. Youβll lead critical initiatives across bank alliances, affiliate marketing, CRM, CLM, couponing, and external partnerships to maximize customer LTV and engagement. Qualification & Skills Required β MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a Tier 2β3 B-School. β 5β6 years of experience in Retention Marketing, CRM, Affiliate/Partnerships, or Growth Marketing. β Deep understanding of user segmentation, marketing funnels, and lifecycle communication. β Experience working with Martech tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, etc. β Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Excel and campaign performance analysis. β Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination abilities. Key Responsibilities 1. Retention & Cohort Strategy β Own and track cohort retention metrics across user journeys, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights. β Drive initiatives to improve user retention, loyalty, and repeat purchase frequency. β Regularly flag trends, risks, or opportunities to the business, product, and analytics teams. 2. CRM & CLM for Fashion β Define, execute, and optimize customer lifecycle campaigns across channels (email, SMS, push, in-app). β Collaborate with content and product teams to deliver personalized messaging across segments. β Leverage data for dynamic targeting, automation, and behavioral triggers. 3. Bank & Payments Partnerships β Lead offer planning and business development with banks and payment partners. β Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with financial institutions. β Drive transaction-based growth, co-funded promotions, and campaign execution. 4. Affiliate & 3P Partnerships β Grow performance via external platforms such as Swiggy, Tata, Amazon, etc. β Own the affiliate marketing ecosystem including partners like CashKaro, PhonePe, Admitad, Paytm, Cred, etc. β Manage partnership calendars, budget controls, and ensure performance accountability through tracking tools like AppsFlyer and Mixpanel. 5. Couponing & Martech Strategy β Lead end-to-end couponing strategy: design, distribution, analytics, and automation. β Drive adoption of brand-funded coupons and improve ROI through behavioral segmentation. β Collaborate with product and martech teams for capability building and customer mapping. β Enhance category and SKU-level couponing for better AOV, upsell, and cross-sell. 6.
