Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive with 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in both On-Page and Off-Page SEO . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO basics and be able to execute various strategies to improve website rankings and traffic. Responsibilities: Off-Page SEO Activities: Create and manage backlinks through: Profile Creation Web 2.0 Creation & Posting Directory Submission Article Submission Article Syndication Guest Posting & Guest Post Syndication Blog Submission & Blog Syndication Social Bookmarking Image Sharing Question & Answers Participation Local Listings Classified Submission Microblogging On-Page SEO: Perform Keyword Research Write optimized Meta Titles, Meta Descriptions, and H1 Tags Implement on-page elements like URL structure, internal linking, alt attributes, robots.txt, and XML sitemap Basic understanding of keyword placement, content optimization, and page speed factors Tools Knowledge (Required): SEMrush – Basic keyword and competitor analysis Google Search Console (GSC) – Performance tracking and issue resolution Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – Website traffic and user behavior analysis Canva – Basic visual content creation for image sharing and blog posts Requirements: 1.5+ Years of practical SEO experience Good understanding of Google algorithms and SEO best practices Strong written communication skills for blog/article submissions Basic HTML knowledge is a plus Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn Educational Qualification: Any graduate with a keen interest in digital marketing and SEO Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Evening shift (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM) Fixed shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person (Gomti Nagar, Lucknow) Perks: Opportunity to work with an experienced digital marketing team Scope for career growth and skill development Supportive and learning-oriented work environment Show more Show less
