Position: Operations Manager (Restaurant) Location: Café Cotinga @ The Tamarind Hotel, Anjuna, North Goa. Responsibilities: Overseeing and coordinating daily operations Ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness Managing customer interactions and handling complaints Training, and developing staff Managing budgets and controlling costs Monitoring inventory and managing purchasing Creating financial reports Ensuring compliance with health and safety (FSSAI) regulations Maintaining a clean and safe environment Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive sales and increase the profitability. Qualifications: Proven experience in restaurant management or operations Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service orientation Knowledge of Inventory management, forecasting, cost controls and P & L. Knowledge of industry regulations, health and safety (FSSAI) standards Passionate about hospitality and team development Degree in Hotel Management along with minimum 5 years of relevant experience Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
