Job Title: Research Analyst Experience: 1-3 Years Job Type: Full-Time Location: Kharadi, Pune Key Responsibilities: Conduct primary and secondary research on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. Gather, analyze, and interpret data to generate meaningful insights and reports. Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and research reports. Identify key industry developments and provide actionable recommendations. Support business teams with data-driven research for strategy formulation. Prepare presentations, whitepapers, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research needs. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Market Research, or a related field. Strong communication and presentation skill Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Ability to work with large datasets, conduct statistical analysis, and generate insights. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Sales Navigator, Apollo.ai, Lusha or other data visualization tools. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
