Project Lead

Job Description

Lead end-to-end project delivery for web development initiatives. Manage a team of developers, designers, and QA engineers; assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely execution. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Ensure high-quality standards in all project deliverables, including UI/UX, functionality, and performance. Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external vendors (if any). Maintain documentation, reports, and project updates for transparency and accountability. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing website or web application development projects. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, etc.). Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
