Role Responsibilities Assist in the development and management of project plans, ensuring on-time delivery. Coordinate project activities and tasks among team members. Help identify project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders. Monitor project progress and report on any deviations from the plan. Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and action items. Facilitate regular project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps. Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation for projects. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams. Support the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues. Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders. Conduct research to support project objectives as needed. Help in coordinating with external vendors and stakeholders. Contribute to project process improvements and best practices. Support onboarding and training of new team members. Participate in project reviews to evaluate performance and outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in project management software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with budgeting and resource management. Knowledge of basic financial principles. Ability to work in a team and independently. Attention to detail and thoroughness. Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience in stakeholder management. Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are a plus.
